A search keyword consists of a search type and a keyword.
There are six search types: "g" for genome, "gene" for gene ID, "key" for gene description,
"fam" for family name of transcription factors (TFs) and protein kinases (PKs), "GO" for gene ontology ID,
"domain" for IPR or Pfam domain.
The search type and its corresponding keyword are connected by ":", two search types are connected by ";".
The search must contain one genome search type (g) and another search type. Below is server example of search.
Example for searching genes:
Search genes by ID: g:grape; gene:VIT_200s0357g00120
Search genes by keywords: g:grape; key:ethylene
Search genes by TF family name: g:grape; fam:NAC
Search genes by GO ID: g:grape; go:0006355
Search genes by IPR/Pfam domain: g:grape; domain:IPR036093
